Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items with obvious signs of use or damage
To initiate a return, please email us at support@zeleprints.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photo(s), if applicable
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return address via email.
❗ Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. We are not responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages in such cases.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details and a photo.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
